Armenians beat record in repeating the terms "genocide" and "120 thousand people" in Karabakh. It is nothing but a result of fake Armenian contemplation. Azerbaijan offers the Khankendi-Aghdam road as an alternative to Karabakh Armenians. Today, Armenians can go to Armenia and buy any products from the territory of Azerbaijan.

Those, who prohibit Armenians to take this step intend to commit "Armenian genocide". They are led by Nikol Pashinyan. Pashinyan has a hatred towards his nation and ancestry. The issue of protecting Armenians living in Karabakh from Armenians themselves is more prevailing now.  

Those, who read Armenian history books know that mass killing of Armenians by Armenians is not new. While setting up large organizations, they, first of all, collected funds by oppressing their own Armenians. The history of 'Dashnaktsutyun' and 'ASALA is a good example for this. 

Azerbaijan may and should have a desire to conduct an investigation among the Armenian population in Karabakh, since crimes were committed against Azerbaijanis there. Numerous crimes will be unveiled during the coexistence of Azerbaijanis and Armenians. Today it is vital to take some preventive measures to facilitate coexistence between Armenians and Azerbaijanis in the future. 

The Russian-Turkish monitoring center is located in Aghdam. Its function is to settle the current issues. They have all the power. Local Armenians should report their problems to the monitoring center in Aghpdam. During the "genocide", let them run and gather in the courtyard of the Russia-Turkey monitoring center. The center can feed them and provide them with temporary accommodation.

It is necessary to locate the Russia-Turkey monitoring center in the center of the territory under the control of peacekeepers. If the headquarters of the Russian peacekeepers is in Khojaly, let the Russia-Turkey monitoring center be located in Khankendi.

This center can also deal with the delimitation of Armenia- Azerbaijan border. 

Turkish businessmen can operate the Zod field alone or jointly with Azerbaijan. The market of Armenian copper is in Europe. There is an easy access to the market through Turkiye. The same can be referred to the metallurgical plant in Arazdeyan. There, Azerbaijan and Turkiye can establish a trilateral joint venture with the participation of Armenia. 

Turkiye may establish consulate in Gafan. Armenia intends to normalize the diplomatic ties with Turkiye. The process can start by opening a consulate in Syunik. This can easily solve the problems around the Zangazur corridor. Armenia is dragging Iran there for war.
